His background in advertising/publicity is evident in much of his contemporary art as he uses the techniques and icons of advertising to point the finger at what he sees as 'umaintainable positions' in our current society. Uncomfortable in  the role of artist he sees himself more as a social commentator and historian. ' Art is always my main weapon of attack and defense!'

 He creates glittering shrines and small monuments which often suggest that humanity worships the false gods of money,consumer goods and power. If one theme predominates it is that the connections between humanity and money need to be constantly reassessed.
